I have commitment issues when it comes to products. Part of it is my own curiosity, always thinking there’s something better out there, and part of it comes with the territory- I mean, how can I blog about great non-toxic finds if I never find them? One of the few products that has earned itself a permanent place on my shelf is Suntegrity 5 in 1 Tinted Moisturizer. In fact, I panicked a bit when it started running low and promptly went to reorder it (so please excuse this mostly empty tube shown above). I’ve mentioned this product before in a few posts but honestly, it deserves it’s very own post and full review. So here we go!
I use this stuff every. single. day. It covers so many of my product needs in just one tube which saves me time and makes it easier to get ready in the morning. Who doesn’t want that? This acts like a BB Cream giving some coverage and evening out your skin tone. I use it as my moisturizer in the morning and I love that it gives a nice finish that’s not too matte or shiny. Other tinted moisturizers I’ve used seem to always leave me too shiny halfway through the day, but this is perfect. I use the ‘Light’ shade and it blends in really well. Aside from making your skin look great, it offers SPF 30 protection and serves as a makeup primer that holds your makeup in place. Sounds amazing, right?
The best part is that this product is completely safe and natural! The founder created this line after losing her mom to Melanoma. She quickly realized that all the sunscreens and products being marketed to prevent skin cancer actually contained toxic and harmful ingredients. Cancer causing chemicals to prevent cancer… How does that make any sense?
