If you’re a skincare lover like I am, then your evening ritual is probably one you look forward to. That’s where you use your heavy hitters for helping your skin repair itself overnight. I like my heavy hitters to be gentle though, as I feel given the right tools, your body knows what to do. Boxwalla gets that, too. February Boxwalla Beauty Box
The first product is from Amly Botanicals. I’m not very familiar with this brand, but I was especially excited to try their Beauty Sleep Silver-Rich Facial Mist. They discovered a silver rich spring on their family property in England, right below a flower meadow (like a fairy tale, right?). They created this mist with the water rich in silver and then added a host of soothing, skin-loving ingredients. The most unique ingredient is snow algae, which I’m just learning about. It’s been shown to extend cell longevity and boost the expression of the longevity gene. This mist is very moisturizing, so it’s more than your average toner. It’s almost like a serum and mist in one. The scent is wonderful. Slightly floral, with lavender and other soothing notes! This normally retails for $70.
The next product is from Mun. I’m already a fan of their minimalistic, yet effective line, so I was happy to see their serum included. The star of their Aknari Brightening Youth Serum is Prickly Pear Seed Oil, which is known for doing everything from preventing wrinkles to calming redness. The serum has a slight, understated rose scent, which is elegant and calming. It’s a rather thick serum, so I’ve found a little goes a long way. That being said, it’s not greasy at all and it absorbs in fast leaving your skin feeling deeply moisturized. This usually retails for $95. Also included is a pretty toiletry bag from Mun!
Both products work well on their own, but together you have a beautiful evening ritual to treat your skin and send you off to sleep. Obviously, this is quite a deal price-wise to get them both through Boxwalla.
